What counts as billable:
Active port calls (accepted or pending departure)
Agency cancellations within 30 days of scheduled arrival
Port rejections within 30 days of scheduled arrival
Calls accepted then rejected — unless both acceptance and rejection occurred within 7 days of each other (grace period applies)
Additional user accounts — 26,900 ISK / account / year
Each organization receives one admin account at no charge. Additional accounts are billed annually from the date the account is added, regardless of subsequent deactivation.

On-demand services
Custom development — 18,000 ISK / hour
For organization-specific development work that falls outside DOKK's platform roadmap. Minimum billing of 1 hour. DOKK reserves the right to decline requests that are not feasible or outside our scope.
Data extraction — 18,000 ISK / hour
For advanced data needs beyond what the built-in Export to Excel feature covers (filterable by date, vessel, quay, and more). Minimum billing of 1 hour, no subdivisions for larger projects.
Port call transfer — 18,000 ISK flat fee
Managed bulk transfer of port calls between agencies when a cruise line officially reassigns vessels to a new agent. Scoped by vessel, country, and date range — flat fee regardless of how many calls are transferred.
Billing & payments
All invoices are issued in ISK by Faxaflóahafnir sf.'s finance department. Annual subscriptions and port call fees are accumulated through the year and invoiced at year-end. On-demand services are billed upon delivery.
Late invoices may result in account suspension after repeated follow-ups, though we aim to maintain flexible payment terms.
