# Plans and Pricing This page provides a comprehensive overview of our pricing structure, including the fees associated with port calls, user accounts, and additional services. *** ### Plans and pricing for 2026 The following pricing for DOKK services was established in **November 2024** and will remain valid through the end of **2026**. Any adjustments to our pricing will be communicated directly to the users of each organization well in advance. Our commitment is to ensure that any price changes for existing services are: * **Moderate:** Reflecting only necessary adjustments. * **Transparent:** Based on Iceland's cost index. * **Fair:** Supporting widespread and affordable access to the platform. At DOKK, we prioritize providing accessible and fair pricing to enable broad adoption of this cruise booking platform across ports and agencies. This approach aligns with our vision to enhance operational efficiency while fostering inclusivity within the cruise industry. DOKK is wholly owned and operated by **Faxaflóahafnir sf.**, and we uphold the principle of maintaining reasonable pricing for all services offered by the port. This extends to the use of our proprietary software solutions, ensuring they remain an integral part of the value we provide to our partners. {% embed url="" fullWidth="false" %} Live currency exchange for pricing {% endembed %} ### Summary of cost * Accepted and finished port calls: * 1,590 ISK -VAT for 2026 * Additional organization accounts: * 26,900 ISK -VAT for 2026 * Media organizations * 26,900 ISK -VAT for 2026 (admin user included) * Custom developed solutions: * 18,000 ISK -VAT per hour for 2026 (minimum of 1 hour) * Data extraction * 18,000 ISK -VAT per hour for 2026 (minimum of 1 hour) * Transfer of port calls between agencies: * 18,000 ISK -VAT, regardless of amount of calls ### API Access API keys are complimentary for all paying DOKK organizations. Any organization with an active Media, Cruise Line, or other access subscription receives API access at no additional charge. Organizations that previously purchased API access as a standalone product will continue to enjoy that access through their original renewal date, at which point it will be covered by their organization subscription automatically. ### **1. Port Call Fees** * **Standard Port Call Fee**: Each completed port call is billed at **1,590 ISK** (excluding VAT). This fee is charged to the port organization. * What counts as a billable port call: * Active port calls (accepted or pending departure) * Agency cancellations made within 30 days of scheduled arrival * Port rejections (never accepted) made within 30 days of scheduled arrival * Port calls accepted and later rejected, unless both the acceptance occured within 7 days of creation and the rejection occured within 7 days of acceptance, in which case a grace period applies and the call is not charged. * **Billing Cycle**: Port call fees are accumulated throughout the calendar year and invoiced annually. Invoices are issued by Faxaflóahafnir's (FFH) finance department at the end of each year. * **Annual Adjustments**: DOKK reserves the right to adjust port call fees annually, based on Iceland's Consumer Price Index (CPI) and other economic factors, ensuring fees reflect inflation trends and support sustainable platform operations. ### **2. Additional User Accounts** * **Admin Account**: Each organization is provided with one admin account at no additional cost. This primary account oversees the organization’s settings, permissions, and port call management. * **Additional Accounts**: Additional user accounts for team members are billed at **26,900 ISK** per year (excluding VAT) per account. * **Discounts and Custom Pricing**: DOKK offers special rates for organizations needing a substantial number of additional accounts. Contact us for custom pricing options. * **Account Deactivation and Fees**: User licenses are annual commitments. Fees apply for the full year from the date the account is added, regardless of subsequent deactivation. ### 3. Media Organization Access *(Beta)* Media organizations receive read-only access to the DOKK inner portal, scoped to port calls within their registered operational country or countries. Port call visibility mirrors the calendar view: full details are shown for the current and upcoming calendar year, while calls scheduled two or more calendar years ahead display only arrival time, date, port, and quay. This includes complimentary API access for integrations. Sensitive operational data — portcall history, inter-party comments, and references — is not accessible to media users. Cruise Line Organization Access *(Beta - Founding Partner Rate)* Cruise line organizations receive read-only access to the DOKK inner portal with full visibility across all their registered vessels, including port call history and all upcoming calls with no time restriction. This includes complimentary API access for integrations. Inter-party operational data such as comments and references between ports and agents are not accessible to cruise line users but we will open up later a seperate inner communication channel in DOKK between agencies and cruise lines. * **Introductionary Beta fee: 350,000 ISK -VAT per year (org + 1 admin account)** * **Additional accounts:** 26,900 ISK -VAT per year, per account * No port call fees apply * Access is invitation-only: founding partner rate is subject to change when the service exits the Beta phase **Founding Partner Program:** The first cruise line(s) to onboard receives direct line of communication with our developers to better enhance their experience in the platform at no charge (assuming moderate updates to improve the experience). * Please contact us directly ( / ) if you are a representative at any cruise line that has cruise vessels being booked in DOKK by an agency in Iceland or Faroe Islands (other countries apply too). ### 4. Development, Data Insights and Delivery * **Custom Development Work:**\ If your port, agency, or organization requires specific development work that does not align with DOKK's platform roadmap or future goals, we may consider custom development. * **Fee: 18,000 ISK per hour** (excluding VAT). * **Conditions:** Development work will only be undertaken if it addresses a critical need specific to your organization and is not universally applicable to the platform. * **Data Extraction and Analytics:**\ We encourage users to utilize the **Export to Excel** feature in the `/portcall` page, which allows filtering by date range, vessels, quays (locations), and more. However, for advanced data extraction or analysis that cannot be achieved through the platform’s tools, DOKK offers custom data services: * **Fee: 18,000 ISK per hour** (excluding VAT). * **Conditions:** * Work is billed hourly, with no subdivisions or discounts for larger projects. * DOKK reserves the right to decline requests if they are not feasible or outside our scope of expertise. This also applies to any requested development work * **API Keys for Internal Usage** API keys are **currently** provided at no additional cost for organizations using DOKK to access data and integrate with their systems. These keys enable authorized users to interact programmatically with DOKK's platform. * **Availability**: * API keys are issued to organizations with active accounts on the DOKK platform. * Keys are intended for **internal use only** to access and process data relevant to the organization's operations. * **Access**: * Organizations must request API keys through the [Support Request Form](/support/support-request-form.md) or via email at . * All API requests are subject to throttling limits to ensure fair use. ### 5. Transfer of port calls between cruiseline agencies * When a cruise line issues an official statement reassigning vessels to a new agency, DOKK offers a managed bulk transfer service. All matching port calls are moved to the receiving agency in a single audited operation, scoped by vessel, country, and date range. * Fee: * **18,000 ISK per bulk transfer** (excluding VAT), regardless of the number of port calls transferred. ### **6. Future Services and Billable Items** * **Enhanced Features**: As DOKK continues to develop, additional services, such as real-time optimization tools and advanced analytics, may become available to users. Pricing for these features will be communicated in advance. * **Flexible Billing Options**: DOKK is currently exploring automatic billing solutions for added convenience. Although invoices are currently managed manually, we are working with partners to develop flexible payment options, including credit card billing, for smoother transactions. ### **7. Billing and Payments** * **Invoicing Process**: All invoices are issued in Icelandic Krona (ISK) and managed by FFH's finance department.
