# Stay in the Loop with Organization-Wide Notifications

#### 🧭 What’s New?

You can now choose to **receive notifications about&#x20;*****all*****&#x20;port calls linked to your organization**, not just the ones you personally created or are assigned to. This gives you full visibility into any changes, updates, or actions taken on bookings within your port or agency.

#### 🔔 You’ll Be Notified When:

* A new port call is created
* A booking is updated or cancelled
* Turnaround dates or services are changed
* Quay (location) is assigned or modified
* And more…

#### ⚙️ How to Enable It

Just go to your **profile settings** and toggle **“Receive all organization notifications”**. Once enabled, you’ll start receiving updates for any port calls your organization is involved in — whether you’re the primary contact or not.
